  • "When we needed to undertake a multi-faceted real estate transaction – selling a house, then purchasing a duplex with associated parties – we turned to Andrew. He outlined the elements of the transaction in clear terms, and then kept all parties fully informed throughout the process. The result? A seamless move into our new home."

"For years, I have relied on Andrew to act on behalf of my businesses. Recently, I was faced with the sale of a rent-roll business, which I knew would be contentious. However, Andrew managed the process as he always does: keeping me informed, wording contracts to protect me – and keeping my reputation intact. This is why I continue to use him."

  • "Andrew recently acted for me when I was an executor of an estate where estranged children threatened proceedings. He explained the process in down-to-earth terms, and then guided me to a satisfactory outcome. What’s more, he also alleviated my anxiety – which you can’t put a price on."

"When I was sued over the sale of my business, I retained a big-city law firm, but soon found I was not getting the communication I needed. I shifted the matter to Andrew, who explained to me in plain language what the other law firm had not. As a result, I was able to push back, and we successfully mediated. Andrew helped me close a stressful chapter in my life, and I remain grateful."
